- Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled rental date are non-refundable.
- No-shows on the day of the rental are considered canceled without notice and are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment used at booking. Processing time for refunds is approximately 3-5 business days.
- Customers may reschedule a rental by notifying the rental company at least 3 days prior to the scheduled date, subject to availability. One reschedule is allowed without penalty.
- The rental company reserves the right to cancel a rental due to mechanical issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In this unlikely event, the customer will receive a full refund.
