Cancellation policy for Dubai Adventure Buggy’s Quad Bike and Dune Buggy Desert Tour:
- Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour time in order to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the tour time are non-refundable.
- No shows on the day of the booked tour will be considered a late cancellation, and you will not receive a refund.
- Refunds will be provided via the original payment method used at the time of booking. The refund processing time is 5-7 business days.
- Tours will proceed, rain or shine. However, Dubai Adventure Buggy may cancel tours in cases of severe inclement weather. Customers will be provided a full refund if we cancel a tour.
